      • Only unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned.
      • Perishable items (e.g., dog food, Treats,Shampoos, Etc) cannot be returned if opened or used.

      • Returns must be requested within 24-48 hours of delivery.

   3. Refund Conditions

      • Refunds apply only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
      • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s our error.

   4. Exchange Policy

        • Defective or incorrect items.
        • Size-related issues for accessories (e.g., collars, harnesses, Beds Etc). Can be exchanged only once.
